[iaru-news:1492] Radio Club Argentino (RCA) informs about the QSL Income Bureau Service

To all IARU QSL’s Bureau:

We are experimenting problems with the postal service due to local customs bureaucracy.
This result, in some cases, in the return of the sent parcels as “unclaimed”.

To solve this issue, please consider the following suggestions:

1- The parcels should weight less than 2 kg (4.41 lb)
2- Attach a customs declaration with the legend “QSL used cards, no commercial value”
3- If available, send an email with the tracking number to bureau@lu4aa.org
